-	CHILDREN AT THE AGE OF 4 TO 20 CAN ENTER THE COMPETITION OF THE COLONY AND EXHIBITION;

-	THE THEME AT THE COMPETITION IS FREE THEME; ALL FORMATS, MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES ARE ALLOWED;

-	PAINTED CREATIONS SHOULD BE SENT COLLECTIVELY, SO THE COLLECTION MUST NOT BE SMALLER THAN 20 PAINTINGS;

-	THE PAINTINGS OF THE COMPETITION WILL NOT BE SENT BACK, BUT THEY WILL BE KEPT AS A PROPERTY OF THE STUDIO IN A SPECIAL COLLECTION;

-	ON EVERY PAINTING SHOULD BE WRITTEN THE FOLLOWING DATA: NAME OF THE AUTHOR, AGE, SCHOOL, NAME OF THE ART TEACHER, CITY AND COUNTRY. TYPE OR WRITE WITH CAPITAL LETTERS.

REWARDS:

-	“Grand Prix” the highest recognition of “The Small Montmartre of Bitola” for every best collection at the competition;

-	Special reward for continuously and successful group participation on the competition;

-	Special reward for individual continuously successful work;

-	20 - 25 collectively rewards – participation at the Colony. Every team will be presented by three pupils and one art pedagogue;

-	25 rewards for best collection at the XXVIII exhibition “Bitola 2010”;

-	100 “golden palettes” for best individual works at the exhibition;

-	250 diplomas for individual works at the exhibition;

-	Special reward for the best participant on the Colony;

-	Reward from the city of Bitola for best collection on the Colony;

-	Reward “Direct participation on the Colony “Bitola 2011” (for 10 participants)”.

All schools and art pedagogues – participants at the competition will get recognition for participation.
The participants of the Colony will create in Bitola streets and one day in Ohrid and one day in Krushevo town. It is co called Artistic Caravan which is held traditionally as an accompanying manifestation of the Colony, painting the old Macedonian architecture.
No participant under the age of 12 is allowed in the group participant in the Colony.
All painting supplies for creation are supplied by the Organizer.
The participants will be accommodated in hotel and all fees are taken on the organizer, but the travel expenses to Bitola and back will be paid by the participants of the Colony.

THE DEADLINE FOR SENDING PAINTINGS IS 20 OF FEBRUARY 2010.

The rewards will be handed formally on 23rd of May 2010, on the eve of the patronal of the Studio “St.Cyril and Methodi”.

The results of the international competition will be announced latest to 20 of March 2010 on our web site: www.montmartre.smultimedia.com
